My reasons for wanting to be a delegate: I want to serve as a delegate to:

• Enhance Governance Practices: With my extensive experience in the governance space, I am eager to contribute to the development and refinement of zkSync DAO's governance processes, ensuring they are transparent, inclusive, and effective.
• Foster Collaboration: I believe in DAOs as the future of work and I'm excited to lead collaboration between zkSync DAO and other DAOs, service providers, and community members. As Head of Business Development at Tally, I have built strong connections across various DAOs and governance platforms. I aim to leverage these connections to foster greater collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the zkSync community and beyond.
• Promote Decentralization: I am passionate about the principles of decentralization and self-sovereignty. I want to advocate for user-centric policies and decentralized decision-making backed by effective governance practices.

My view on the ZK Credo: I wholeheartedly endorse the principles of the zkCredo. At Tally, I have focused on promoting trustless systems, sustainability, and user-centric design in governance. Finally, I believe in the power of decentralization to democratize access and decision-making. I am committed to fostering a collaborative culture within zkSync, ensuring our community thrives through decentralized, secure, and inclusive practices.

My skills + areas of expertise: As Head of Business Development at Tally, I am excited to leverage my experience across the governance space to foster true collaboration and transparency within zkSync DAO. With over 10 years of experience in the crypto sphere and four years of full-time work in and around DAOs, I bring a deep understanding of the ecosystem and a proven track record in governance.

I also have experience in DeFi. My career began at Index Coop DAO, where I served as the Content Lead shortly after the DAO's inception and through 2022. In this role, I took the lead in developing strategies for community engagement, helping to shape the organization's early growth and engagement practices. I am also a large delegate at Moonwell DAO.

At Tally, I have focused on promoting decentralized, transparent governance systems and working with DAOs all steps of the way - from TGE to governance design to ongoing strategy and long-term vision. My work involves standing up effective governance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that governance processes are inclusive and efficient. I am committed to applying these principles within zkSync DAO.

Disclosures/Conflicts: Employee of Tally, the governance platform zkSync uses. This is unlikely to create a conflict of interest in most decision-making, but I will recuse myself in all discussions of governance tooling.
