Who are we?

Goldsky is a leading data infrastructure provider supporting teams across multiple blockchain ecosystems, including ZKsync and several Elastic Chain networks incl. Abstract, ZERO, and Sophon. Our mission is to make on-chain data easily accessible, empowering developers, analysts, and projects to build scalable applications with reliable data.

We work directly with protocol teams, foundations, and ecosystem builders to provide high-performance indexing, data streaming, and analytics solutions that help shape the future of decentralized networks. By enabling seamless data access, we support the integrity, transparency, and growth of decentralized ecosystems.

Why do we want to be a delegate?

We believe governance is fundamental to the long-term success of decentralized networks. As a core data provider across multiple chains, we have a unique vantage point on the operational health of ecosystems, enabling us to contribute informed, data-driven perspectives to governance decisions.

For ZKsync, we are particularly interested in:

• Ensuring governance decisions are backed by data so that the ecosystem can scale and grow, shielded from bad actors.
• Advocating for sustainable growth strategies that strengthen decentralization and long-term ecosystem health.
• Supporting initiatives that improve data accessibility for all participants, making the Elastic Network more open and usable.

Our view on the ZK Credo

We strongly align with the ZK Credo's vision of Freedom → Progress → Prosperity and believe that trustless, decentralized networks are the foundation of an open and equitable future.

• Integrity: Our work ensures that blockchain data remains verifiable, and accessible, reinforcing the “don’t trust, verify” ethos of ZK technology; we host CC0-licensed chain-level datasets to this end.
• Privacy: Data availability should not come at the cost of user sovereignty; our infra is specifically designed to provide users access to data with no third-party inspectability on how it is being used.

Disclosures & conflicts of interest

Goldsky is an active delegate in multiple ecosystems outside of ZKsync. However, we view this broad perspective as an asset, allowing us to bring well-informed, cross-network insights to ZKsync governance.

Additionally, we have commercial relationships with various blockchain foundations and projects incl. Matter Labs as an infrastructure provider. These relationships do not influence our governance decisions, and in cases where a genuine conflict of interest arises, we will abstain from voting and clearly disclose our position.
